...all four cats were sitting on the porch, with Mom, watching the late september rain clouds slowly drift away in the evening sun. Everything was still wet, but a warm breeze tickled thier whiskers.
Suddenly Ville meowed: "Look, a rainbow! A double rainbow!"
They all watched the shimmering bridge across the darkblue sky.
And the old cat Semlan purred: "Holy Creator Cat! Look! It ends right over there, or starts, or whatever... beneath the weeping willow tree that guards our own little pet cemetary!!!"
The other cats start purring thoughtfully. It is a very comforting knowledge to find the Rainbow Bridge connected to that very spot where all of them will find rest once when their life-of-now ends...
